5.3 AI-Generated Content

  • AI-generated content may be subject to specific licensing terms

6. Payment Terms and Billing

6.1 Pricing and Fees

  • Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans with different features and limits
  • Usage-Based Billing: Some services are billed based on actual usage
  • Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days' notice to existing customers
  • Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for

7.4 Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscription Cancellations: No refunds are provided when users cancel their subscription plans
  • Credits and Tokens: Credits added to user wallets upon payment cannot be reverted or refunded
  • Utilized Services: Services that have been fully utilized or consumed
  • Custom Services: Custom development or consulting services that have been completed
  • Third-Party Fees: Third-party service fees or charges
  • Partial Periods: No refunds for partial billing periods or unused service time

7.5 Refund Methods

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method used
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds appear as credits on your card statement
  • Bank Transfers: Refunds are processed as bank transfers to your original account
  • Digital Wallets: Refunds are credited back to your digital wallet account

7.6 Important Distinction: Cancellation vs Refunds

Important Notice: There is a clear distinction between subscription cancellation and refund requests:

  • Cancellation: When you cancel your subscription, you continue using services until the end of your billing period, but no refunds are provided for the current period
  • Refunds: Refunds are only provided for specific scenarios like duplicate payments, technical errors, or unauthorized charges
  • Credit System: Since credits are immediately added to your wallet upon payment, these cannot be reverted when you cancel your subscription
